New Delhi, 20th December 2024: ADDA, India’s pioneering and only zero-ad housing society management platform, has been adjudged the ‘Best Tenant Engagement Solution of the Year’ at the World Realty Congress, a prestigious annual event to recognize and reward excellence in the real estate industry. The recognition is a testimony to the path-breaking innovations propelled by ADDA over the past one and a half decades to transform the community management segment. It is for the third consecutive year that ADDA has received laurels at the World Realty Congress, which was referred to as the International Real Estate Community Management Summit (IRECMS) till last year. In 2022, ADDA won the award for Best Implementation of Technology while in 2023 it bagged the Silver as Proptech Company of the Year. Held in Dubai, the global innovation hub, the World Realty Congress, witnesses the participation of real estate leaders and stakeholders from all around the globe.
The Bengaluru-headquartered company which powers 3,500+ housing societies in India, has a widespread presence outside India as well, especially in Dubai and the UAE region, where ADDA is catering to more than 500 communities, including some of the world’s tallest residential towers like Princess Towers, iconic communities like Sustainable City, Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai Sports City.
As in India, ADDA has also been heavily investing in its growth and product portfolio diversification in the UAE region. To strengthen ADDA’s existing robust presence across India, Dubai and US, ADDA is investing close to $1.76 million (approximately Rs 15 crore) over this year and next.

With presence spanning over seven years in the UAE, ADDA has recorded several milestones, being the first in the region to launch a community management app that could work in Arabic among other languages, was the first software to integrate with the UAE Land Department’s landmark initiative Mollak, that issues and monitors service charges and also the first App to have AI enabled features.
