The updated Kestone Virtual Events platform version 2.0 includes a range of innovations including a revised UI, multi-language support, and enhanced user interaction and gamification features.

The goal of these UI upgrades is to render the interface intuitive and highly user-friendly, especially for first-time users.

In the updated version, Kestone adds support for multiple languages as well. This ensures that the website will now be delivered in both national and international languages, besides English. Getting only a device-agnostic design is not enough for a digital product, one still needs to look further at its demographic attributes. Therefore, offering help for content distribution in the language of preference was both aspirational and necessary for the Virtual events platform to be a genuinely global company.

Kestone believes these upgrades would render the platform accessible to broader audiences that cross-regional and generational boundaries.

Currently, the platform comes equipped with a range of features including 3D environments, LIVE video sharing, user participation with polling & quizzes, and real-time monitoring whilst following international data protection and data security requirements. For this offering, they are planning to establish benchmarks for providing excellent virtual reality customer experiences that are as strong as physical ones. The feedback for the platform’s initial edition has been positive in both India and the global markets of Canada, Dubai, Singapore, and the US.
