AirOK, a pioneer in clean air technology in India and a manufacturer of indigenous cutting-edge air purifiers, has launched ‘Claim Your Right to Clean Air,’ an awareness campaign to provide cleansed air to all citizens. With the tagline “Clean Air for Every Individual,” they intend to raise awareness about the harmful effects of pollution and how individuals may protect themselves.
The campaign, which is being conducted by AirOK in collaboration with Tykeinvest, allows citizens to become active participants in the clean air mission through crowdfunding. AirOK Co-Founder and CEO V Deekshith Vara Prasad stated that the funds raised will be used for sustainable energy, adding, “The campaign aims to motivate those who believe that clean air is a right, not just a requirement for every individual, to come forward and do their bit.” We encourage businesses and industries to join us in the aim of ensuring clean air for all Indians since the contribution would aid R&D in clean energy.”
AirOK’s Claim Your Right to Clean Air campaign comes just days before the time of year when the air is packed with pollutants, turning the sky murky grey and forcing us to breathe air equivalent to smoking ten cigarettes. It should be noted that harmful air might be found even indoors. According to AirOK’s co-founder, air pollution is easily misunderstood by many people since it is invisible. Water is something visible, and even a particle floating over surfaces makes us not want to drink and raises quality problems, but consider how many times you have had to breathe vehicle fumes, construction site dust particles, and particles that occur while cleaning our workplaces or homes. I’m sure we don’t recall it all the time. The most vital element is air because, without it, you only have three minutes to survive. When you breathe in pollution, you take years off your life. We want to provide them tools and options to help them avoid health hazards in these circumstances.”
The campaign also coincides with the brand’s foray into the B2C space, since it has previously focused on B2B operations. AirOK, which was established a few years ago by IIT Chennai, provides a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art air purifiers driven by its patented Efficient Granular Adsorbent Particulate Arrester (EGAPA) technology. The purifiers are designed to reduce CO2 levels in the air, but they may also stop several acidic gases and Particulate Matter up to 0.1 microns, as well as bacterial contamination and air-borne fungal illnesses.
