Alankrita Sahai is one of the most wonderful and adorable personalities in the Indian entertainment space. She wears her heart on her sleeves and her empathetic and humble nature is what makes her all the way more likeable as a personality. Apart from being a successful model and an actress who’s on the rise in her career, she’s also a humanitarian who always loves to engage in kind acts to do her bit for the society. Well, once again, she was at it on the auspicious occasion of Navami and Kanjke.
Alankrita Sahai was present at Rozana, a premium fine dining restaurant of the tricity as an honourable guest where she distributed food amongst the underprivileged girls in Panchkula. Their prime motive behind the initiative was to do their bit to eradicate hunger and spread happiness and joy among those who are perhaps less fortunate when it comes to the basic necessities of life. Regarding the same, Alankrita shares and we quote,
“Well, our country unfortunately has a lot of poverty around it pains my heart to realize that so many people don’t even get to have proper meals in a day. While basic food might be arranged, their quench to try out something nice and exquisite remains unsatisfied more often than not. That’s exactly the intent behind this initiative. The joy and smiles on the faces of the girls when they got their food cannot be compared with anything else and it was a heavenly feeling inside my heart. I am grateful to God for having put me in a position in life where I can also think of others and do my bit. This was just a small bit. I would love to do a lot more in the future in different ways to contribute my bit to society.”
