Amway India rolls out ‘Health and Hygiene’ awareness campaign

Amway India on the occasion of its 23rd anniversary, launched its new awareness campaign to promote healthy and hygienic practices. The ‘Health and Hygiene’ awareness campaign aimed at spreading awareness on the importance of right nutrition and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The American company, Amway specializes in beauty, nutrition, health, and home care products. The brand has consistently promoted a healthy lifestyle while giving a major focus on supporting immunity through nutrition. Amway India is a subsidiary of the Amway Cooperation and it is currently one of the largest selling FMGC Company in India. Some of the brands under Amway are Nutrilite, Artistry, Attitude, Glister Herbals, Satinique, and many more. Amway has always strived to create products that touch the lives of people all across the world.

The ‘Health and Hygiene’ awareness campaign includes a series of virtual sessions with a panel of nutrition experts and doctors. Amway has reached over 5.5 lakh sellers and their respective customers through its various sessions. Through the awareness campaign, nutritionists and health experts share the importance of a hygienic and healthy lifestyle. The campaign would discuss the role of supplements and preventive healthcare, the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and various crucial issues that are relevant in the present situation.

The CEO of Amway India, Mr. Anshu Budhraja commented that with that increasing awareness among people about nutritional supplements, the importance of wellbeing and health has taken precedence over everything. He said that “according to a recent survey, about 50% of the consumers rely on supplements to support their health and to build their immune system”. Amway has always met the evolving needs of customers and stayed true to the brand’s promise and has always delivered innovative and quality products. He also added that self-care with hygiene, immunity, and nutrition would be a major line of focus for the ‘Health and Hygiene awareness campaign.

The senior vice president of Amway India, Gursharan Cheema said that “With the current health scenario, it is very much crucial to safeguard ourselves in the best possible way”. Cheema also added that through various initiatives, Amway is encouraging our direct sellers and their customers to lead a healthier and hygienic life”. Some of the other initiatives by Amway India include the World Health Day Awareness Conference, Mother’s Day Celebration, Special Health Festival, Expert Session on Immunity every day, and Importance of Health and Hygiene.
