Nov 27, 2012: According a report published by Kantar WorldPanel, Apple iOS has taken over Android in US. Though Google’s Android dominates in European markets its share has dropped from 63.3% to 46.7% but the total share of Android in the top 5 European countries has risen to 64% from 51%. The report states that, Apple is all set to achieve the record sales it achieved in early 2012 by this December end because of buoyant sales of iPhone 5 smartphones.
