Apple is preparing itself to improve its iPad lineup even more. It is preparing to push iPads as a proper laptop replacement device. Today they also have powerful hardware.
iPad OS will launch this year with iOS 16. The device will see some changes in the user interface. For example, it will have a new lock screen with new widgets. It will also be able to run several apps in split-screen mode. It is currently able to handle apps side by side. It even allows people to run a third app on top of an already running app.
The devices will also have the new chipsets inside them. The iOS 16 will release on June 6. But the public will not get to see the new system update just yet. It will be released in a beta version for the developers the next week after release. After that, the beta version will be available to the general public next month.
iPad accounts for 9% of the total sales for Apple. In recent years it has been able to increase its sales. It is because people have used it even more. The demand for handheld devices has also increased due to various reasons. In the last two years, the main reason has been the pandemic.
In addition to that, Apple will also release some important updates for the iPhone 14 and its Mac lineup. The iPhone will also see some changes software-wise. The Apple Watch will also see a new face. The fitness tracker will also get an update. There will also be a low power mode which will help users when the battery is running low.
Apple will most likely have a busy schedule for this year’s fall event. They will have several updates to announce to the public. The public will also get an opportunity to see several new features and updates on their favourite devices. Until today, all the updates given by Apple have received all kinds of responses from the users. Some updates are good, and some are not. So, we will have to wait till fall, to see the new improvements in the products of the world’s most valuable company.
