Apple has a bit slow in terms of adopting new technologies. Still, its smartphones are the most sought after on the planet. This year at the WWDC 2022, Apple will showcase its plans. The updates to its products and its ecosystem will also be presented at the event.
The most prominent spotlight grabber will be the iPhone 14 series update. You will get to see a glimpse of the new iOS 16 at this event. Along with these, the most awaited feature of the Always-on display will also be included in the new iteration of iPhones.
The A16 Bionic chipset is also speculated to get some improvements. The improvements will improve the overall performance of the new device. The popular company is also going to include the feature of Always on Display in some of its 14 series models. The mini model is also believed to be phased out this year. There will also be the introduction of a punch-hole display in this year’s new iteration of the iPhone.
This year Apple is also going to launch new MacBook Air. It will appear with the renamed and slightly improved M1 chipset.
The various changes will bring joy to the users of the iPhone. But the success of the features and their reliability remains to be seen. Android users are using such features for quite a long time. Android users are even moving towards rollable smartphones. On the iOS front, users expect Apple to increase the battery capacity of the iPhone. A slight change in the camera configuration is also expected from Apple. But all these hopes will take time to become reality.
If we consider the older devices, then iPhone 7 series will be next to get dropped out of the update cycle. It has been getting updates since its launch in 2016. The devices before iPhone 7 have already been declared outdated.
But the new iPhone is getting a good response, especially in green colour. The addition to the device lines like AirPods and AirTags are also being appreciated in recent years. These are being considered, a good addition to the Apple product line. There are still no words on the update of these products. The event will take place on June 6, 2022.
