Operating at the ordered labour strength of 50 per cent, TKMPL will recommence its manufacturing as well as improve the training of all employees for the new normal both in terms of provisions and procedures.
Besides, all the operations of the company are supposed to be accomplished in stern concurrence with all the instructions by both the state and central governments. TKM will assure there is no labour unrest as was observed recently with certain companies over Covid-19 protocols.

From the production side, they are attempting to ensure that all feasible estimates & preparations are assembled to restart production soon and because of this, they can serve the instant mobility wants of their customers, at the earliest.
They are concentrating on catering to pending deals that are stuck due to the non-production days of the arranged annual maintenance shutdown, by the lockdown and also focusing on vaccinating both their employees as well as their families and to give support to have dealer and supplier staff vaccinated too, to assure lower risk & gravity of infections.
