AU Small Finance Bank (AU Bank) have introduced a new Mobile Banking App and Net Banking Portal. The new introduction is aimed to provide excellent and comprehensive digital experience to customers.

The new platforms will offer more than 100 services that address not only the regular banking needs but also the daily lifestyle requirements such as shopping offers, tax payments, ticket booking, bill payments and much more. The AU Mobile App is available on Play Store and App Store and it is unveiled by the SCB. The AU Bank Net Banking portal is available in the mobile browsers and desktop. In a few clicks, customer can book the Hotel/bus/cab tickets.

The new platform offers have some superior features. The app provides multiple cash transfers in just one transaction. The app ensures enhanced security by providing biometric log-in with a fingerprint. The app automates the bill payments and the customers can schedule the fund transfers very easily. The new platform makes it easy for managing the mutual funds and fast opening of term deposits. The new platform of AU Bank is powered by Tagit. Tagit is a leading provider of digital banking solutions.

The MD & CEO, AU Small Finance Bank, Sanjay Agarwal stated that Digital Banking is no more an optional way of banking and it has become so ubiquitous. The launch ensures that every customer gets access to the same financial products & services. The launch becomes an important milestone in their endeavour. As consonance with the AU Bank Net Banking and Mobile Banking platforms made up of end-to-end multi-level security to make sure that customers should get a safe experience. The customers can apply for various products and services namely locker facility, cheque book, loans etc. Customers can manage their profile, contact information and multiple accounts through the platforms. Another important feature is customers can apply for Initial Public Offerings and pay direct taxes.
