Magicbricks’ altered visage strengthens its position as a full-stack real estate service provider, highlighted by a uniquely engaging campaign, “Property Sahi Aur Ab Services Sabhi,” which taps into the pulse of Indian consumers. 

Magicbricks debuted the first of three TVCs for the new campaign, which also debuted a distinctive audio signature as a new brand asset and featured its brand ambassador, Ayushmann Khurrana. 

With this campaign, the brand wants to adjust to the evolving demands of Indian consumers by offering a bouquet of 15+ services ranging from professional guidance on house loans to legal aid to Vaastu & décor consultations, among other things. 

Furthermore, their friendship with Ayushmann Khurrana has gotten stronger. He embodies the virtues of trust and credibility, which also define Magicbricks.

Magicbricks sought to convey the major transition in Magicbricks not as a new business purpose, but as a genuine response to changing needs in the market, according to Ankur Suman, Partner & ECD, RK Swamy BBDO, emotional journey for the brand. 

The problem was to keep the message focused on the core while discussing the new products. They’re pleased that they were able to do it in a way that is both relevant and relatable to all of their customers. 

The first film serves as a manifesto for the new face of the brand. The film begins with Ayushmann Khurrana’s warm and relatable monologue, which looks back on Magicbricks’ 15-year journey and how it has grown its array of services to provide new opportunities for homeowners. 

The film is a voice-over-led film that follows Brand Ambassador Ayushmann Khurrana through the lives of many households strung together in an engaging montage, evolving with changing customer demand. 

The film sets the tone for the brand’s entry into a variety of home-related services in a seamless and best-in-class manner. In terms of tone, all of the films maintain a friendly, healthy slice of life approach that has become a characteristic of all Magicbricks communication throughout the years. 

Ankur Suman and Pragya Bhatnagar of RK Swamy BBDO, Delhi, conceptualized the campaign as a series of three TVCs that illustrate the progression of the brand with evolving desires of Indian consumers.
