Guests can immerse themselves in the regal flavors of Rajasthan, carefully curated by the culinary experts at Barbeque Nation. The menu highlights a delightful range of traditional Rajasthani dishes that capture the essence of the state’s bold and aromatic cuisine.

The specially curated menu for the festival features a variety of traditional dishes that highlight the bold and unique tastes of the region.To start, guests can enjoy a refreshing Boondi Chaas, a quintessential Rajasthani beverage. For appetizers, there’s the Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada and Shahi Dahi Vada, paired with flavorful dips and chutneys like Lehsun ki ChutneyRed Chilli Pickle, and Sirkewali Pyaz. Adding to the regional experience is a delightful Kala Chana Chaat.
