India, 11th May 2023: Betterhalf – India’s first and only marriage super app has recently achieved yet another milestone of recording a whopping $2Mn annualized revenue in FY23 and is poised to touch $5Mn and 250% overall brand growth in the ongoing fiscal.
The remarkable business growth comes after the platform’s recent foray into the wedding market. It has embedded online matchmaking, courtship services, and wedding planning services in one super app that assists urban singles with human matchmaking, background verification, astrology and horoscope matching and wedding planning services throughout all phases of marriage.

The integrated matrimony app Betterhalf has recorded a ~3X surge in the number of registered users in 9 months with 2,56,130 users in FY23 with a significant increase in website traffic from 30k to 535k users and mobile users jumping from 400k to 600k during the same period.
Betterhalf gains traction from across the country with Delhi as the leading state followed by Mumbai and Bangalore in driving the maximum number of users on the platform.
In a highly competitive and digitally driven landscape, Betterhalf has recorded a renewal rate of a whopping 67%, outperforming the time taken by other conventional players to achieve the milestone. Recently, it has also raised an $8.5 Mn Series A Funding round led by FinSight Ventures and other marquee investors to strengthen its technology capabilities.
