Mr. Jalan worked as a Head-Tied Agency & Direct Distribution for Bharti AXA Life for two years beginning in May 2020. In addition to having a strong dedication to establishing and enhancing long-term relationships with distribution partners, he has led several significant business initiatives and brings a wide range of resources. The distribution vertical strategy of the company was conceptualized in part by Mr. Jalan, who also played a key role in transforming it.
Mr. Jalan will lead the Agency 2.0 program, one of the main development engines for the company, in his new position. He will be in charge of managing product sales and insurance revenue.
He will develop and put into action plans to raise productivity levels across all channel hierarchies and increase total income. He will be in charge of establishing internal controls to effectively manage resources, reduce expenses, and strengthen the agency to boost revenue and profitability. He will concentrate specifically on creating new markets, creating new business plans to achieve operational excellence, and managing a core group of senior members to raise the company’s earnings as well as the volume and reach of the channel. In addition, he will work to develop a variable agency with a multifaceted alternate channel plan and establish a trustworthy sales governance rhythm to monitor sales and promote Bharti AXA Life’s top line.
