In 1950, two brothers from the family took the brand beyond Bikaner, establishing a shop in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Their culinary expertise, inherited through generations, introduced the capital to flavors never experienced before. The shop, initially called “Bikaner Namkeen Bhandar,” quickly gained popularity for its Rasogollas, Bikaneri Bhujia, and Kaju Katli.
