This gourmet offering features a delectable Parsi Mutton Cutlet and a Mini Bun Maska filled with cream and cheese, accompanied by a delicious Mawa Cake and a choice of hot beverage. Akasa Air has taken inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of the Parsi community to celebrate Navroz, the Parsi New Year. Available throughout August 2024, this meal can also be prebooked on Akasa Air’s website or mobile app.
Navroz, meaning “new day” in Persian and the exclusive offering in the Indian skies takes inspiration from traditional Parsi delicacies, prepared with cultural and hearty ingredients to ensure guests savor the richness of the festive meal.
