Canada in the Indian market. Canadian Wood is hosting a Webinar on 6th September, at 3:00 PM onwards ‘legally harvested and seasoned wood for a better future’
The session will start with a welcome note by Dr. Jimmy Thomas, Assistant Director, Technical Services, Canadian Wood, followed by the presentations from distinguished speakers. The Webinar is divided into three different sessions orchestrated by prominent figures and subject matter experts starting with Dr. E.V. Anoop, Professor and Dean, Kerala Agricultural University, who will be speaking about the ‘Legality in timber trade: Current scenario, challenges and solutions’. Dr. Shailendra Kumar, Scientist-D at the Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, will speak about ‘Wood seasoning: Where do we stand/Are we future ready?’, followed by the session on Canadianwood will be led by Mr. Peter Bradfield, Technical Advisor, Canadian Wood on the ‘Features and potential of B.C wood species’. The webinar will be moderated by Dr. Jimmy Thomas, Assistant Director Technical Services, Canadian Wood. The webinar will have a Q&A session to address the question received from the audience.
