Shri L V Prabhakar, the MD & CEO of Canara Bank, launched their Mobile Banking Super App named “Canara ai1 – The Banking Super App” on Friday, 22.07.2022. The vision of the Bank behind this is “E-transactions for Everyone, Everywhere, Every time”. The app will be a one-stop solution and already has 250+ features with all the banking needs of its customers.
UPI Scan & Pay, Account Balance / Statement, Shopping, etc. are available as pre-login features. The great thing about it is users not having an account with Canara bank, can still use UPI and the shopping facility of Canara ai1. The users are able to open their accounts digitally in real time with Video KYC. The Intuitive UI & UX having multiple themes and customizable menus/dashboards make it a perfect user’s choice. It also got brightness adjusting options to reduce eye strain and help to use the app in dark environments. Moreover, to cater to multiple sections of Indian society in their preferred language, the App is available in 11 languages.
The Banking Super App is said to provide a solution to all your primary needs such as Utility bill payments, Flight, Compare & Shop, Hotel/ Cab booking, Payments (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS), investment services like Mutual Fund, Insurance and Demat Services, etc. Not only this but it also caters to various Social Security Schemes such as Senior Citizens Savings, PPF account, Sukanya Samruddhi Accounts, and Kisan Vikas Patra, PMSBY, PMJJBY & APY along with nominee management.
These high-quality features have been built using the best-in-class security architecture. The App is having security features like Detection of Remote Administration Tools, Device Binding, Malware Detection, and Dynamic Keyboard to provide a user secure banking experience. Channels management like Unblock/ block Internet Banking / Debit & Credit Cards with transaction limits is also made available in the app.
As of this date, more than 3.5 million happy customers are using the Canara ai1 application – The Banking Super App and are satisfied with the enhanced features and better functionalities compared to what they have experienced anywhere before.
