CARS24 founders Gajendra Jangid and Ruchit Agarwal have embarked on a mission to get to know their customers in person by delivering cars themselves. The founders were seen spending time with customers in an attempt to stay abreast of the market, and stay connected to their customers’ needs, all while celebrating the grand occasion of their 7th anniversary.

The customers were in for a pleasant surprise as they discovered that the persons on the wheels of CARS24’s branded delivery truck were the company’s founders themselves. This consumer-immersion program enabled the customers to personally connect with the founders.

It is, however, not the first time that the brand’s founders have interacted with the customers directly. The first branch of CARS24 was opened in Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon back in August 2015. At that time, though the company had staff at the branch to interact with the customers, the founders of the company also took turns working at the branch to directly engage with their customers. To top it off, they wore CARS24 uniforms and pretended to be retail associates as they went on to keep their customers at the front and center.

A film that beautifully captured the joyous moments of this mission was shared across CARS24’s social media handles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter). The happiness in the video is the result of the brand’s commitment to providing customers a seamless buying experience with CARS24, while also organizing India’s used-car industry.

Comments from Nida Nausha, CARS24 Head of Brand:

Usually, founders of a company do not see the customers, but the best learning happens when you speak to your customers one-to-one. This gives us a lot of learning about them. After having done this in the past, it was a tell-tale sign to us that we should continue to do this. Therefore, on the occasion of our seventh anniversary, we felt that our founders should interact with the customers and gain insights into what they feel, say, want, and need, and rediscover their entrepreneurial roots. We always want to lead the charge for greater customer centricity. This is what we want to be known for – Hum Saath Saath Hain!
