Delhi NCR, 13th September’2023: Here comes the leading finest food destination, Chowman with its quintessential ‘Oriental Seafood Festival-2023’ going live! This month-long festival that people tend to wait for eagerly every year, is all set to sail on a plethora of seafood exotics featuring Octopus, lobster, Crab, Pomfret, Squid and Jumbo Prawn dishes inspired from the Eastern Culinary delights!

​Some of the highlighted dishes of the festival will be Crab Asparagus Soup, Vietnamese Chilli Crab, Thai Style Jumbo Prawn, Cantonese Style Squid with Soy, Ginger & Chillies, Calamari in Chili Tamarind Sauce and more.

SOUP

Crab Asparagus Soup: Thick soup of fresh crab meat fused with the earthy note of sweet asparagus

Seafood Shanghai Dumpling Soup: Tender crabmeat & prawn dumpling cooked in seafood broth, flavoured with red wine & sesame oil.

STARTERS

Seafood Dumpling: Delicate parcels of tender chunks of shrimp and squid, with a spicy blend of finely chopped chillies steamed to perfection.

Prawn Momo: Steamed dumplings stuffed with minced pork and served with Chef’s Special sauce.

Thai Style Jumbo Prawn: Juicy prawn stir-fried with a tantalizing blend of Thai spices, including chillies, aromatic lemongrass, and a hint of tangy lime

Chilli Soya Octopus: Fried octopus tossed in fresh green chilli & dark soya for a perfect fusion of sweet & spicy in one dish
