While there are numerous restaurants, clubs, bars and pubs in the State, we strongly felt there was a gap where guests could simply hang out, without stressing about what to wear or it burning a hole in their pocket. Clumsy, as the name suggests, is a no-fuss place serving delectable global comfort food alongside handcrafted cocktails. We also have a massive swimming pool as part of our space, where guests can rest, relax, play and just have fun through the day.”
Among the many curated drinks on the menu is the Clumsy Panky, Tequila Blanco, Fernet Branca, Sweet Vermont and You Can Call Me Gus – Lychee infused vodka, cashew orgeat, Drambuie, with blue shaved ice, to name a few. The food at Clumsy focuses on grazing and sharing, allowing guests to explore a variety of flavors through hors d’oeuvre-style small plates. The menu features delicious, comforting, and well-executed food, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Be it vegetarian, vegan or having any other specific dietary specifications, there’s something for everyone on the menu at Clumsy, which focuses on staying seasonal and using only the freshest of local produce. The menu offers dishes like Scorched avocado – wheat masa tostadas with buttery avocado on the bed of spiced smokey beans, layered with fresh cream cheese & refreshing mango salsa on a crunchy mascarpone cheese. Salume platter – a sharing assortment of cohesive accompaniments and a selection of crafted charcuterie along with vegetarian options served with fresh herb ricotta, nolan kasundi pickle, port & onion preserve, fresh melon, leaves, melba toast. Bistec asado con chimichurri – 21 days dry aged 4oz beef loin seared on a ripping hot charcoal grill to tender medium, served with a well-balanced chimichurri and baked sweet potato, best steak in town The culinary team at Clumsy employs various techniques such as curing, aging, fermentation, smoking, and charring to create an exceptional dining experience.
