The coal ministry now plans to increase the production of fuel drizzling for boosting the economy. At the same time, they also plan to decrease the pollution level from that fuel, this brings an out most solution for the same. Therefore, the Coal ministry plans to introduce the succession of EVs in their day-to-day production cycle. The plan will give rise to a sustainable environment for dispersing the coal to the whole nation. They tend to electrify the whole lot of vehicles that are being presented on road now of time.
The carbon emissions from the past five years have significantly increased towards polluting the whole nation, cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai have higher variations in polluting the air, land, and water. So, to tackle the same, the government of India has started working on a sustainable approach to developing EV vehicles that can pollute less to the environment. The EV emission is way less than the fossil fuel like petrol and diesel.
The type of vehicles that are getting the EV is majorly developed in the territory sector of the income. The cost of this, it is very expensive to buy any EV vehicle for a person who comes under the middle-class category. Therefore, to tackle this the Indian Government has planned up giving subsidiaries to the people who will not be able to afford the EV vehicle. Although the list also includes the heavy vehicles that are used in manufacturing and building. These vehicles are electrified globally but they are not in India, this is the main reason the ministry is looking for giving the subsidiary over the heavy-weight machinery that can be electrified.
In a statement issued by the government, they mentioned. “In the subsidiary provided by the government, there are hundreds of vehicles are being added but specifically this time, the government is looking to transform the heavy machinery and vehicles to make it EV, this will impact a lot over in terms of saving the fossil fuel and the land will also be less polluted. This will indeed help the development in both EV sector and infrastructural sector.” The transition from petrol-driven to EV-driven will take time but with the period time, the vehicles would evolve to be used by the electric mode of fuel for transportation.
