Colgate India launches its brand new Zig-Zag Anti-bacterial Toothbrush

Colgate-Palmolive Company, the American Multinational Consumer Products Company, which is  headquartered on Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, is specialized in the area of production, distribution, and the provision of household, health care, personal care, and veterinary products.

This chief oral care brand Colgate-Palmolive (India) had recently announced the launch of its all-new Zig Zag anti-bacterial toothbrush. It is a new and radical  Colgate in its Zig Zag portfolio. The brand has signed the famous Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana as the brand ambassador of Colgate-Palmotive.

When a toothbrush is stored even if it is not being used, germs attack it. Thus the germs can end up in our mouths while brushing. Colgate declares that its latest Zig Zag anti-bacterial toothbrush is provided with 100 percent silver ion anti-bacterial bristles which can repel bacteria and keep them away from attaching to the toothbrush. Besides, Zig Zag’s multi-angled bristles help to remove germs in between teeth.

Colgate had launched a 20-second-long digital film to promote this brand new product. Red Fuse Communications, WPP’s integrated communication has collaborated with Colgate India, to craft out this campaign. It brings to life the concept of how our regular toothbrush acts as a vehicle for germs to your mouth. The ad thus captures the clear necessity for Colgate Zig Zag anti-bacterial toothbrush. It is knocked to build experiences across OTT, TV, and social media in the coming months.

Expressing his views on the campaign, Arvind Chintamani, vice president, marketing, Colgate-Palmolive (India), said that Colgate is constantly trying to innovate and to help consumers lead much healthier lives and Zig Zag anti-bacterial toothbrush is the result of this mission. Colgate had also introduced the advanced silver ion bristle technology on the brand new Colgate Zig Zag anti-bacterial toothbrush at an affordable price of Rs 30. Consumers can buy this toothbrush in stores across the country and also on e-commerce platforms.
