Comscore intends to increase its Media Metrix and Video Metrix currencies to include Shareablee’s social media engagement and video insights as a result of the acquisition, which closed on December 16, 2021.

Comscore, a media measurement company, has acquired Shareablee, a social media marketing analytics and measurement firm. Expansion of Comscore’s Media Metrix and Video Metrix currencies to include Shareablee’s social media engagement and video insights as a result of the acquisition, which will close the industry gap between traditional digital and social measurement services that exists today.

Comscore and Shareablee’s combined audience insights will provide media companies, brands, and advertisers with an unrivalled understanding of cross-platform consumer engagement and reach.

Shareablee clients will benefit from curated views of Comscore digital data embedded in their Shareablee dashboards, allowing clients to broaden their digital footprint in products like Video Metrix with advanced social video insights.

Tania Yuki, Greg Dale, and Jonathan Lieberman, key members of Shareablee management, will continue in leadership roles after the acquisition is completed by Comscore.

Many of the world’s largest brands, publishers, and agencies, including Mondelez, GroupM, ESPN, NBCUniversal, and Vox Media, use Shareablee as a Meta for Media Measurement Partner to provide analytics as well as intelligence.
