The passion project of Founder Vaibhav Sachdev, the young entrepreneur bridged the gap in the market- creating a niche authentic experience for true blue beer lovers of the city. Helming from the hospitality industry and owner of Connaught Royale hotel in Delhi, Vaibhav showcased his expertise in the venture, creating a one of a kind spot for patrons. Primarily present in Gurgaon, he brought the concept of a microbrewery to Delhi, ensuring availability and accessibility of the best quality authentic pours of the spirit.
Alongside brewing unique- never seen before flavours such as mango and chocolate-flavoured beers, Connaught Clubhouse serves a scrumptious fare of authentic dishes and unmissable cocktail concoctions. Michelin Star Winning Head Chef Nishant Choubey brings to the table a wide variety of cuisines. Some must-try treats at the eatery include Dim Sums such as Three Treasure Mushroom, Chili Prawn Dim Sums, a variety of pasta and pizzas like Pizza Al – Estilo Mexicana and Pizza Pepperoni, Burgers including Truffle Mushroom Burger and the Schezwan Spiced Lamb Steak Burger, sandwiches and rolls. Find within the menu a Tandoori, BBQ and Kebab section and binge on some Ghonghura Fish Tikka Mutton Sukka With Curry Patta and Tandoori Harissa Rubbed Prawn, an Avocado Papri Chaat or indulge in an Oriental fare with Nasi Goreng with Prawn Crackers, Tofu and Bokchoy In Schezwan Sauce and more.
