RE CONNECT – A knowledge sharing session, an initiative by CREDAI Youth Wing was introduced in the 11th edition of CREDAI Hyderabad Property show 2022. The modern approaches to design in residential projects were discussed by Mr. Harvey Male, Principal architect at BUCHAN Architects, a veteran in master planning and the design of large integrated projects. The developer community actively engaged with Mr. Harvey for insights to design projects in the Indian context.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. P. Ramakrishna Rao, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “We thank Mr. Stephen Raveendra the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad for taking time out to attend the Valedictory ceremony today. We are thankful for the efforts by the Cyberabad Police in ensuring the law and order and safety of people in the city. We particularly thank the police department for the help during the lockdown, promptly issuing passes to the real estate firms to help organize the required materials for the labour force stuck in the project site during the lockdown and providing all possible support in taking care of them.”

He further added, “We have received an overwhelming response to the 11th edition of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property show. Participant developers have had spot closures and generated a large number of leads for closure, way beyond the expectation. This vibrancy can be attributed to the development and proactive governance in the state under the guidance of our Hon’ble Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao. The Housing and Office-space have attained a natural progression of this growth and the developers are gearing up to meet the forecast increase for the spaces. The homebuyers should make the most of the current environment to purchase the dream home before the prices escalate exponentially.”

Furthermore, Shri V. Rajashekar Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “We thank the police department for their efforts to maintain the law and order in the city and ensure the safety of women and children. These initiatives lead to a positive image of the city and help boost the growth in the business in the city and trigger demand for real estate. We are delighted to have Mr. Stephen Raveendra, the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad as our Guest of Honour at the Valedictory ceremony of this year’s property Show.  CREDAI Hyderabad property show witnessed wonderful reception by people in search of the perfect location for their residential and commercial requirements. The massive number of attendees during all three days of the event has reinstated the fact that the Hyderabad real estate market is a vibrant space that has not seen a dip in property value in the last 7 years. The massive growth and investments attracted by the city due to the policy framework and continuous efforts by the state government will only catapult the real estate prices in the coming months. As advised by the Hon’ble minister KT Ramarao, we will be working with our members to explore opportunities in the upcoming industrial clusters in the state. We urge homebuyers to make the most of the RERA-approved projects on display at the property show and choose their home before the prices increase significantly, as Hyderabad still has the most reasonable price of property amongst the 7 metros.”
