The omni-channel eyewear brand also inaugurated a new technology center in Hyderabad and would hire about 100 people across engineering, product, and design.
DailyJoy is a grocery and essentials delivery startup that operates in Tier 1/2 cities including Lucknow and Hyderabad. The acquisition of DailyJoy by Lenskart is only centered on augmenting the company’s team power and strengthening the tech expertise. Lenskart is also looking forward to hiring around 100 engineers, to work at the new technology center at Hyderabad which would house engineers into various teams across product, design, and development, quality engineering, front end developers, java developers, Android and IOS developers, and data science engineers.
The world-class systems and processes of the tech-hub would help Lenskart in empowering innovations on omni-channel technology, by making shopping across various channels a seamless experience. As value pricing is considered as the core brand proposition at Lenskart, the team is working on building a headless commerce engine with enhanced capabilities to reach customers.
