Datsun has introduced the Datsun GO NXT Limited Festive Edition vehicle right before the festive season that is to commence in India. The limited edition model features add-ons that are worth Rs 20,000 that can be got for Rs 5,000. The ex-showroom price of the vehicle is Rs 4.27 lakh in Mumbai and the same is Rs 4,1 lakh in Delhi. The festive edition model of the Datsun GO NXT will be available between the months of August and December this year. The vehicle will be available across the 196 outlets of Datsun in the country.
Datsun GO NXT Festive Edition model is an annex of the Datsun Go T that was launched with enhanced value proposition. The latest features in the new festive edition variant include remote central locking, rear parking sensors and chrome exhaust finisher. The Datsun GO NXT Festive Edition model also gets piano black finish in the interiors on the dashboard, gear shifter and meter console. Other features include body side moulding and rear parcel tray.
This vehicle has no changes in the mechanical aspects and it features the same 1.2 litre three cylinder engine. The vehicle can render a power output of 67 bhp and torque of 104 Nm.
While announcing the festive edition model, Arun Malhotra, the Managing Director of Nissan Motor India stated about the vehicle as follows. He commented that the festive season is when most purchase decisions are made in the country. He stated that the customers prefer to align their dream purchases with the festival season. Following this tradition, the manufacturer has launched the Datsun GO Limited Festive Edition to its portfolio.
Earlier this year, Nissan announced the Datsun GO with seven-seater capacity. This vehicle is selling in the price bracket between Rs 3.79 lakh and Rs 4.85 lakh in the country. This is based on the ex-showroom price in Delhi.
