As we all know, post pregnancy weight gain is a serious phenomenon and happens to everyone and one of the most difficult things is to get rid of that weight. “Well, being a mommy is a full-time job and quite often, a lot of things which are your priority tend to take a backseat because of your mommy duties. Having said that, the goal right now is to maximize my productivity towards my fitness in between those moments when I have a bit of a breather from my mommy responsibilities. Also, post pregnancy weight gain is a serious thing. For someone like who’s been very disciplined about her diet and workout pattern always, I don’t want to get complacent just because I am a mother of two now. I want to get back to my best possible shape without pushing my body too hard to that extent where it takes a toll on my health. I have planned these 25 days very well.
