Oct 20, 2012: The aviation regulator in India, DGCA suspended license of Kingfisher Airlines today. It is in the wake of the airlines failing to come up with a proper plan for its financial and operational revival. It may be recalled that the airlines was struggling to pay salary dues to their employees too.  Officials made it clear that with this suspension coming into effect, there will be an immediate halt to bookings made through Kingfisher networks and agencies.
