It has been claimed by Star Health that the Arogya Sanjeevani policy will be highly beneficial and affordable for the policyholders. For an insured amount of Rs 1 Lakh, the policy will be available at an annual premium of only Rs 2985, excluding GST. The policy has been designed in such a way that it can cover the most essential aspects of any instance of hospitalization in the family of the insured. The policy can cover anyone up to age 65 with insured amount options up to Rs 10 Lakh. It also provides various additional benefits like lifelong renewals, cumulative bonuses, coverage of daycare procedures, Cataract treatments, and Ayush Treatment that can be covered by the insured amount.
