From 19th to 21st September 2024, Tamra, the hotel’s international cuisine restaurant will showcase the region’s finest dishes, offering guests an authentic taste of Magadh cuisine.

Guests can anticipate an exceptional culinary journey led by Chef Rachna Prasad, who masterfully blends the traditional flavours of Bihar with a modern twist. With deep roots in Patna and extensive experience in Delhi and Mumbai, Chef Rachna Prasad balances authenticity and innovation, crafting dishes that reflect her passion for Bihari cuisine. Her fusion of Indian and Continental influences, paired with a deep understanding of Bihari flavors, promises a dining experience that transcends boundaries. 

The menu features Chef Rachna Prasad’s signature creations, each highlighting Bihar’s culinary heritage. Diners can start with the flavorful Champaran Mutton or savor the aromatic Rohu Machchali, and complete their meal with the delectable Mutton Goli Chaat, traditional Sattu Paratha, and comforting Rasiya. These specialties, among others, promise to transport guests to the heart of Bihar’s rich food culture.

The pop-up is available for lunch and dinner buffet at the international cuisine restaurant, Tamra. The lunch buffet is priced at INR 3,000 plus taxes per person and the dinner buffet is priced at INR 3,200 plus taxes per person.
