Dream Sports joins India’s march towards becoming a USD 5tn economy

Dream Sports, India’s leading sports technology company, announced its partnership with the Indian Government to exhibit India’s resurgence as a center for growth, innovation, and culture.

The India Pavilion, one of the largest among 190 participating countries, will display India’s extraordinary fight back against COVID-19 and the country’s emergence as a nerve center for global business.

Dream Sports will display the substantial opportunity that lies at the unique meeting point of sports and technology, as well as brings to life the high-scale positivity that can be brought about with digital technology and innovation in the Indian sports ecosystem.

Uday Shankar, FICCI, President said at the inauguration of India Pavilion that “India is one of the fastest-growing large economies in the word and the third largest startup ecosystem. The India Pavilion will be a worldwide platform for capable investors to experience this growth, business achievements, leading opportunities, and cultural diversity with groundbreaking technologies.

“Since the past seven years, the vision of Indian Government as an AatmaNirbhar Bharat and Digital India has brought benefits with multiple transformation hubs and over fifty thousand registered startups, that have set the roadmap for India’s digital journey.

“Dream Sports is one such success story that surely represents the impact of industry-focused reforms and the possibilities of digital competencies and advancements that New India can bring to the world. We look forward to welcoming them as partners,” Shankar said.
