Duroply, India’s oldest and most experienced among the leading plywood players, recently conducted a fire drill at its factory in Rajkot, Gujarat. The initiative, aimed at educating and empowering staff with essential firefighting skills, signifies the company’s unwavering dedication to safety and preparedness in the face of potential fire incidents.

The fire drill included a series of steps where workers actively participated in a mock scenario, practising essential firefighting skills, and understanding evacuation procedures. The significance of such drills becomes apparent due to the highly inflammable nature of both raw materials and finished wood products at the factory.
