Chennai, 10th December 2024: Zee Tamil, one of the leading channels in the Tamil television industry, has been entertaining audiences for over a decade. Moved by her story, the Zee Tamil team took the initiative to request the Tamil Nadu government to provide bus service for the village. Responding swiftly, Tamil Nadu Transport Minister S.S Siva Shankar launched a new bus service in the area on December 5th, with Dharshini herself flagging it off. This heartwarming incident went viral on social media, highlighting how television can inspire positive change. The villagers expressed their gratitude to Zee Tamil and the Tamil Nadu government for addressing this critical need.

Recently, Tamil Nadu’s Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin met Transport Minister S.S Siva Shankar and the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs team in Chennai. The team expressed their gratitude to the deputy Chief minister for his support in making this initiative a reality.
