Endemol Shine signs licensing partnership of Mr Bean, with Black White Orange

Endemol Shine has agreed a new brand licensing partnership of the long-running intellectual property, Mr. Bean, with Black White Orange Brands. The deal makes the primary appointment of the brand in India and will see the two companies work together to bring brand extension, innovative ideation, and merchandise to life.

The new deal will see Black White Orange explore new and modern brand licensing possibilities for Mr. Bean in India, to drive growth in the developing market. The deal also represents Endemol Shine’s ambition to develop the licensing business in India.

Mr. Bean, a series that has been celebrated for conveying some of the most iconic moments in TV records with a wide and diverse audience throughout 200 territories, also marks its 30th anniversary in 2020. The brand keeps entertaining new audiences all over the world with success across global virtual platforms, hitting a combined digital reach of more than 137 million fans.

Mr. Bean has topped 11 billion lifetime views on YouTube alone and is certainly considered as one among the Facebook’s largest pages globally, outshining 98 million lovers at the platform. The brand has also grown from the original live-action series to the brand-new animated show, which sees Mr. Bean and Teddy embark on new adventures together. Mr Bean is produced by Tiger Aspect Productions.
