Eric Braganza is a veteran of the consumer durables industry who brings inspiring expertise with over 35 years and has been Head of the organization since September 2009.
In his role, Mr. Braganza has highlighted Haier India’s backgrounds, talents and strategies, which have been the cornerstone of the company’s continuous growth over the past 12 years in the durable consumer goods market in India.
Under the leadership of Mr. Eric Braganza, Haier India has continued to record phenomenal year-over-year growth in recent years to become one of the most important brands in the home appliance and electronics industry public.
His managerial prowess has been instrumental in Haier’s expansion into India, playing a central role in building partnerships with some of the country’s largest regional and national retailers.
Among his many contributions to the organization are building a stable and strong core team and fostering micro entrepreneurship within them to ensure the success of the brand in India.
From defining the brand by disrupting category clutter in the market to introducing significant innovations in the Haier range of products specially designed for Indian consumers, Mr. Braganza was behind domestic brand success.
