There will be an Indian team competing in the Sim Racing World Cup, which will take place on October 23 in Monaco. As part of the Monaco Esports Federation’s premier event, Assetto Corsa, a sim racing game that has become a worldwide phenomenon, will be included.
There will be online and offline playoffs for the National Qualifiers to pick two sim racing competitors representing the nation in this year’s renowned event. In the end, 20 players will compete for two seats in the Indian contingent, with two players were chosen from an offline event and 18 picked from an online event. From July 4 to 7, the INOX in Mumbai will host the offline playoffs, while the online playoffs will take place the following week, from July 8 to 10. The location of the finals, which will take place on July 11, will be announced shortly by ESFI.

“Sim-Racing” is a type of racing game that simulates real-world aspects of racing, including fuel consumption, damage, tyre wear, and suspension settings. Continental Qualifiers and Global Finals are the two parts of the Sim Racing World Cup. Continental Qualifiers will include two national athletes, and only one winner from each continent will advance to the Global Finals.
This year’s National Qualifiers are already open for registration, and the deadline to do so is July 3.
