Aug 31, 2012: Essar Oil, the leading private sector oil refiner has formed a marketing tie-up with the major Coffee chain Cafe Coffee Day to boost their non-fuel revenues. As per the tie up, Cafe Coffee day will open its outlets in Essar Oil’s retail petrol pumps. According to the company sources, the tie up will make most effective use of available land in their retail outlet, thus making the most from the existing resources.
Essar oil with its reatil network has already entered into tie -ups with 23 brands across various industries such as lubricants, agro products, BFSI and food and beverage industry. Cafe Coffee day which currently operates 1,100 outlets has opened a outlet under the marketing tie-up at Essar petrol Pump in Pune-Ahmednagar highway.
