Five Mumbai based companies win big at Tally MSME Honours 2023

Mumbai, 3rd July 2023: Tally Solutions, a pioneer in the software products industry, today, announced the winners of the third edition of ‘MSME Honours’ for the West Zone.  Five companies from Mumbai including Vision Board Studio, NM Ingenious Management Services, Opportune Technologies, Nageshwar Enterprise, and Paths Enterprise triumphed amongst 5000 global nominations.

Tally MSME Honours is an annual initiative to identify businesses and entrepreneurs for their contribution in the economic advancement of the nation. The honours will recognize and celebrate the diversity and the positive impact of MSMEs through their best practices at the grass root level. This makes it an inclusive recognition to ensure that the real impact makers across the tiers of cities, segments and the unsung heroes driving the economy are celebrated. These honours are given out once a year on the occasion of International MSME day and are applicable to all types of businesses with a turnover less than 250 crores and a valid GSTIN. 

Aditi Kotak from Vision Board Studio and Madhavi Mhatre from NM Ingenious Management Services were both awarded in the ‘Wonder Woman’ category. Aditi Kotak from Vision Board Studio was awarded for her innovative end-to-end window display and retail design services. Her ingenious design and manufacturing process has given rise to customer satisfaction on a large scale. Madhavi from NM Ingenious Management Services has been recognized for her contributions in Manpower outsourcing and staffing services particularly in the FMCG and retail sectors. Her contributions in staffing services have become that of wide acclaim.

Dhwani Mehta from Opportune Technologies was awarded in the ‘Tech Transformer’ category for the adoption of a cloud based SaaS provider and of the MVC framework that has cut implementation time from weeks to days. The impact of their HRMS offerings have been far-reaching.

Nagendra Mehta from Nageshwar Enterprise was awarded in the ‘Champions of Cause’ category for the company’s initiative in starting a training programme that teacher locals in tribal areas to make imitation jewellery. Their dedication to local communities have helped empower people to be self-sustaining and to create new sources of income in destitute regions.

Tushar Shah of Paths Enterprise was awarded with the ‘Business Maestro’ award for his ability to tailor IT solutions and create high quality offerings that have created a trusted customer base. Proactive market analysis and a customer-centric approach made the company a reliable name in the IT services sector.

In its third edition, Tally MSME Honours, in association with DBS Bank as preferred banking partner and Unicommerce and byteEDGE as supporting partners recognized the five MSME in Mumbai and 100 MSMEs across India. 

Celebrated across four zones (East, West, North and South) of the country, the honours were given across 5 categories: 

  • Wonder Woman: Recognising women entrepreneurs who are chasing their dreams and have redefined businesses today
  • Business Maestro: Recognising stalwarts who have withstood the test of time and continue to grow.
  • NewGen Icon: Recognising startups that have identified a market gap and have introduced innovative solutions
  • Tech Transformer: Recognising businesses that are agile with modern technology adoption yielding better results
  • Champion of Cause: Recognising businesses that have contributed towards a better purpose for global wellbeing
