Dec 25, 2012: Online shopping destinations have been the favourite among Indians off late. In a survey conducted by Logicserve, it has emerged that majority of the shoppers prefer Flipkart for their online shopping needs followed by Myntra. UK based Logicserve, which runs Couponraja.com conducted a study among 3100 respondents to get insights into online behaviour and brand recall of online shoppers. The study titled ‘Where do Indians love to shop online’ also found that 68.97% respondents preferred Flipkart and only 1.83% preferred Snapdeal. The shoppers prefer Flipkart because of quality customer support and quick delivery.
