Jan 1, 2013: Flourish Purefoods Pvt. Ltd., an Ahmedabad based milk manufacturing company has launched Flourish Rich Milk in Tetra Pak using Ultra High Temperature Technology. UHT will give the milk more shelf life and which in turn will add to the convenience of the consumers. The consumers will get a longer shelf life without refrigeration. Flourish Rich Milk in Tetra Pak with UHT technology can be consumer without boiling and it is free from preservatives. The tetra pak has got 6 layers which increase the shelf life of the milk and the milk is processed using aseptic technology. The milk before being filled in Tetra Pak is heated in high temperature for few seconds to remove the microorganisms which might spoil the milk. The company plans to bring out more variants of milk in the future.
