Future Tech Subsidiary is launched by Rediffusion

Rediffusion today announced the formation of Rediffusion FutureTech, a technology and digital-led communications subsidiary that will work in the areas of Metaverse, NFTs, Blockchain, AI, AR, and Machine Learning, as well as expanding its service portfolio to include conversational AI.

Sanjay Sakalley, the former CEO of Diginative and Juniors, will join FutureTech as an advisor and will manage the new endeavor.

Sakalley is a trained engineer with an MBA from FMS Delhi. Tata Exports was where he began his corporate career. Rediffusion will host its first Metaverse event next week, which will include a two-day client trade fair.

“At the moment, our systems can accommodate roughly 500 concurrent users, which means we can comfortably welcome over 10,000 guests every day at the Metaverse event,” explains Rajendra Gupta, Rediffusion’s Chief Growth Officer.

“Many customers are interested in organizing events in the Metaverse, not only because physical events are difficult to hold at the moment, but also because such events give the host brand a tech-shine, making it more interesting, current, and aspirational to younger audiences.

” A renowned publishing company has also enlisted the aid of the Rediffusion FutureTech team to help them generate and distribute archival content as NFTs.The NFTs will go on sale closer to the 15th of August to commemorate India’s 75th year of independence.

“The content that we are intending to sell will be offered on a partial ownership basis for the more expensive pieces.”

This effectively means that for a few thousand rupees, you may acquire a piece of history, digitally and in perpetuity,” Sanjay Sakalley argues. For a significant energy customer, the FutureTech team recently unveiled a never-before-seen “green” app, in which a fresh tree appears as the wallpaper/screen saver every day.

If ‘green’ is to reach the masses, it must become ‘hi-touch’ through ‘hi-tech,’ says Ruchira Raina, Rediffusion’s Zonal Director for the South and East. FutureTech is also assisting many senior artists in developing, promoting, and monetizing their works as NFTs.

Rediffusion’s domain experts in this project are the Kailasham Trust and the Kailasham Museum.
