India’s leading skill-based online startup Zupee announced the appointment of Gaurav Mehta as the new Chief Marketing Officer. Gaurav Mehta, in the new role as the Chief Marketing Officer, will be focusing on ensuring the penetration of their marketing strategies and campaigns in all parts of India.
At Zupee, he will continue to monitor and lead the team on conducting marketing research, establishing strong marketing fundamentals, and mentoring a growth marketing team while actively involving in building a strong relationship with business partners and prominent personalities in the industry enabling an accelerated growth.
Gaurav Mehta has been in the industry for more than 19 years, having the experience of leading Industry giants Yahoo India, OLX, and Girnar Soft. He has been actively participating in Mobile Marketing since 2018, he has been awarded the ‘Marketer of the Year’ by exchange for media, in 2015, Indian Marketing Awards, and power profile by LinkedIn in 2016. He was also mentioned in ’40 under 40’ by the Exchange media group in 2018 and 2019. A keen market analyst, an avid reader, researcher, and experiences of over a decade will result in building a strong and healthy foundation for Zupee in the market.
Gaurav Mehta is Post Graduate in Brand Management and Media Planning from MICA. Before joining Zupee, he led the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Girnar Soft and also worked at Cardekho, Gadi.com, and Zigwheels.
