GoDaddy, a company that helps regular people start their own businesses, has introduced a new marketing campaign in India that focuses on the advantages of establishing an online presence for the purpose of making a company more “visible” across the world, regardless of the size of the business or its location. The goal of the campaign is to encourage and enable more women business owners to start their businesses online and to broaden the scope of available options.

In the latest advertising campaign, the main character, a young woman, can be seen navigating her way through a lively market area in Jaipur. She is dissatisfied with the pitiful condition of the small businesses, so she takes it upon herself to teach company owners about how to expand their companies by developing websites. The television commercial for the campaign focuses on the necessity of taking businesses online and highlights how GoDaddy is a one-stop solution and a leading provider of online tools and solutions for small businesses. Businesses are otherwise “invisible” to millions of people while operating solely offline. GoDaddy’s purpose, which is to provide our clients with the tools, insights, and the people they need to turn their ideas and personal initiative into success, is reaffirmed in an additional way in the campaign TVC for the campaign.

Nikhil Arora, Vice President and Managing Director of GoDaddy India, made the following statement on the India marketing campaign: “At GoDaddy, we seek to put small, micro, and medium enterprises throughout India, online. As a result of the fast acceleration of digitalization, we advise owners of businesses that in the process of developing a website and establishing an online presence for their company, they should give some consideration to new channels via which their customers may be reached. Our goal with this campaign is to raise awareness among India’s SMBs and MSMEs about the need of maximising the benefits of having an online presence. We aim to inspire female entrepreneurs to take the leap into business ownership and become agents of change not just in their own communities but also in other parts of the globe. With the use of our internet tools and services, our mission at GoDaddy is to encourage people to pursue their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs and to assist them in launching, growing, and managing their companies.

The advertisement that is lively, humorous, and quirky was filmed at a local market that was put up in a Tier-3 town. It is intended to resonate with small and medium companies. The creative agency Tilt Brand Solutions, based in Mumbai, was responsible for developing and conceptualising the campaign. It has been rolled out in seven regional Indian languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu, and it will be showcased across a variety of media platforms, including TV, FOS, Display, OLV, Social, and PR.
