Bengaluru: Godrej Appliances, business unit of Godrej & Boyce, has been rated No. 1 in ‘After-Sales Service’ by the surveyed respondents in the home appliances category, as per a custom study* commissioned by Godrej Appliances and conducted by NielsenIQ spanning across 12 Indian cities.
The custom study aimed to assess overall satisfaction with the after-sales service provided by consumer durable brands. Among the surveyed respondents, Godrej Appliances attained the highest net promoter score, the highest relationship strength index, and the highest overall satisfaction in after-sales service. The respondents were current appliance owners (refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, air conditioners) who have experienced after sales service.
