Godrej’s New Ad ‘IndiaKaMagicBox’ Shares Pride of India’s Cold Chain

Godrej, the iconic refrigerator brand has launched a new digital campaign “IndiaKaMagicBox”, highlighting the contribution of Godrej Vaccine Refrigerator to India’s vaccination drive, the world’s largest Covid-19 vaccination drive. As the nation celebrating its 72nd republic day this year Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of Godrej organizes the campaign showcasing the safety and security it offers to the nation through its business unit Godrej Appliances, India’s leading cooling expert. From January 16 onwards, India kick starts one of the biggest Covid-19 vaccination drives in history as it continues to be the second most globally affected country. Godrej makes this mission doable through its 12000  made-in-India advanced vaccine generators and medical freezers that are being dispensed through numerous authorized government hospitals, district hospitals, and health centers across India.

WATConsult, the hybrid digital agency from the house of Dentsu international conceptualized the ad by portraying a child in a home-setting background narrating republic day as an extra special day the country fights back against the ‘Corona monster’. In the ad, the child points out the new vaccine generated by India that promises to protect everyone from the Corona. It also outlines how his father and his colleagues working in Godrej’s ‘India Ka Magic Box’ also called the ‘Godrej vaccine generator’ which in turn protects the Covid vaccine to save the nation from the Corona monster. From the perspective of the child, the ad beautifully conveys glimpses of hope for the future, as the country strives to become corona free and eventually revert to its normal life. The campaign further extends to all the children across India by requesting them to share the drawings of the ‘Magic Box’ beating the Corona. The drawings thus collected will be printed and gifted to all the vaccine workers who work tirelessly for the success of this vaccination drive. The ad was created by Godrej to make India proud of their products and to share the intense pride they feel being the cold chain partners for India’s Covid vaccination drive. The ad brings rays of hope and optimism to its viewers and thus proclaims the commitment it has taken for the betterment of Indian society.
