The descriptors are called attributes, which are small notes which show up under other business information on a listing. An example of this is, we might have seen in restaurant attributes noting that it offers take-outs.

These descriptors will help the business say their customers what outline services they have. For example, a yoga studio offering virtual lessons can add ‘online class’ as a descriptor, thought their businesses will have to be verified by Google to use the feature.

Google also expands a tool called Reserve with Google, which helps the people to book appointments from the listing. Previously Google allowed integration with more than 100 service booking partners for in-person services, but the situation now is businesses can offer appointments for online services through those partners. From the listing, the business by specifying how to attend online classes or appointments.

Perks of listing feature in Restaurants is that it can specify their preferred delivery or takeout partner in their business listing. Google is also letting more businesses across the globe to add links to direct donations or to buy a gift card right in their business listings. Google first said these links are available to businesses in the United States, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia on May 11, but Google is rolling out the feature for businesses in 18 more countries, including Italy, Japan, and Spain, starting today.

One main drawback of the listing is that any random person can make any changes to these Business listings. These user-generated changes can be made live on our listing, and we might not even be notified of the changes that have been made. This includes changing our physical business location.
