Alexandre Sompheng has been appointed as the CEO of Havas Groups present in Vietnam. This news comes after when the company ended its partnership with its local affiliate earlier this year and once again established its full-service Village offering. The firm now completely owns the Havas Group in Vietnam, which will be housing Havas Creative, Havas Media, Havas Health, Red Havas, and Ekino.
Alexandre Sompheng has worked with Havas for nearly a decade now and formerly he had been supervising operations for Havas’ digital unit known as Ekino. Alexandre Sompheng worked at Digitas in France before joining Ekino. As the group’s CEO, he will be responsible for all aspects and elements of corporate operations, as well as taking care of and achieving the firm’s goals.
Regarding this, Alexandre Sompheng says in his new post that this is a great chance to broaden our future forward with a vision. He says clients are searching for their Havas Village approach of cooperation and integration.
Meanwhile, Thanh Bui has been appointed as the agency’s managing director. She has over 15 years of industry ability and experience and will be in charge of the agency’s integrated solutions, strategic client management, and new businesses. She was previously working as the CMO of Shynh Group.
