HDOR Concludes 100 Days of Running Virtual Challenge with Record-Breaking Achievements

HDOR Events Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in organizing virtual running and riding challenges, proudly announces the successful conclusion of its 100 Days of Running challenge for 2024. This year’s event attracted an incredible 15,312 participants from 32 countries, collectively covering a remarkable 4,373,526 kilometers—surpassing last year’s record by 481,077 kilometers.

Unlike traditional running events, HDOR’s 100 Days of Running challenge stands out for its accessibility and inclusivity. Participants from around the world could join regardless of location, making it possible for runners to track their progress and engage with a global community from the comfort of their own surroundings.

Participants from across the globe ran the equivalent of 109.13 rounds of the Earth and 11.37 trips to the Moon, with only 5,475 kilometers shy of a full round of the Sun! Among the standout achievements, one participant logged an extraordinary 245.1 kilometers as their highest individual distance. Additionally, 2,756 runners completed all 100 days of the challenge, while 11,214 participants met the finisher criteria by running at least 40 days.

In terms of demographics, the challenge saw 73.9% male and 26.1% female participants. Runners from Maharashtra led the charge, followed by those from Karnataka and Delhi NCR, illustrating the widespread appeal and dedication of the HDOR community.

Reflecting on the success of the event, Kuldeep Bhargava, the Co-founder of HDOR, remarked, “This year’s 100 Days of Running challenge has truly surpassed our expectations, both in terms of participation and the distances covered. It’s inspiring to see how our global community continues to push boundaries and support each other in their fitness journeys. We are committed to creating even more engaging and inclusive challenges in the future.”

HDOR’s challenge also saw notable participation from leading corporations, including TCS, Infosys, and Reliance, which actively encouraged their employees to take part in the event. The support from such organizations underscores the importance of health and wellness in corporate culture today.

As the 100 Days of Running challenge comes to an end, HDOR remains dedicated to empowering individuals worldwide to stay active and connected through innovative virtual challenges.
